Wir suchen einen engagierten Customer Experience Analyst (m/w/d), der für unsere Kunden aus der Automobilindustrie weltweite Projekte im Bereich Internet Monitoring von Produkterfahrungen bzw. Customer Experience durchführt. Ihr Aufgabenspektrum erstreckt sich vom Management der weltweiten Informationsquellen, der inhaltlichen Qualitätssicherung bis hin zur kundenspezifischen Konfiguration und Anpassung intuitiv bedienbarer Dashboards im CIMS®. Als direkter Ansprechpartner unterstützen Sie internationale Automobilhersteller und Zulieferer mit hochwertigen und aussagekräftigen Analysen und Reports für Qualitätsmanagement, Product Safety, After Sales, Produktentwicklung und Kommunikation.
